The DeRuyter Branch has been blocked since the 5th inst. (OF THIS MONTH), and travel suspended. It was rumored on Tuesday that the men employed in shoveling through the Crumb Hill cuts from this direction had at last reached DeRuyter. If this be so, we will soon see the smiling face of Conductor Baldwin among us once more.
